NHEA is a 501(c)(6) membership association for U.S household employers who employ workers in their homes on a regular basis. This includes those who employ nannies, eldercare, housekeepers, butlers, gardeners, chauffeurs, chefs, babysitters, and the like.
Members who are clients of our approved payroll provider, GTM Payroll Services, can have access to a retirement plan for their employees through NHEA.
The primary goal of the NHEA is to provide access to group retirement benefits for the employees of U.S. household employers.
